The tiny appellation “Coste della Sesia” has but a few producers growing vines in the region, and access to the vineyards is challenging at best. The Nebbiolo here is destemmed and macerated in underground concrete vats for fermentation, then switched over to stainless for malolactic, and finished in 500L casks. It’s aromatic and captivating mountain Nebbiolo.
