Rose with very, very serious stuffing. Chiara Vigo makes her rosado from a parcel of goblet-trained Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio vines, planted in volcanic soils, the oldest of which are approaching 100 years of age.  Pink, yes.  Quaffable? Yup.  Simple? Nope.
