Massive bang for the buck in Sicilian rosso here.  70% Nero d’Avola and 30% Perricone fermented totally dry.  Perricone is almost totally unique to southwestern Sicily, adding a specific tart plum-skin vibe to the riper Nero d’Avola fruits.  This is tested, tried and true pizza wine, my friends.
