Lambrusco Grasparossa is given the ancestrale treatment. Fresh and tight effervescence, saturated red fruit and spice with a bone-dry finish. Il Farneto is a no-frills house that makes affordable and easy-drinking wines, but the fruit is organic and/or biodynamic and the winemaking here is natural but clean.
