Stainless steel fermented Sauvignon Blanc. You’ve had it before, but not like this. This version sees 72 hours of skin contact and a blend with 30% direct pressed Sangiovese (so it’s white, not red). The blended juice is then aged in stainless on the lees for added complexity. It’s a horse of a different color, which is fitting: it’s named for one of the family’s beloved horses.
