Sites & Vines: 100% Gamay from Benoit Landron, in Côteaux d'Ancenis/ Muscadet. Certified biodynamic and organic. Single west facing parcel on mica-schist. Harvested by hand.
Vinification & Elevage: Harvested & vinified by Benoit Landron at his estate. Everything done by gravity, no pumping. Short, 10 day maceration, whole cluster fermentation with native yeast, followed by pneumatic pressing.
Aged in 450 liter amphora at Domaine de l'Ecu. Not fined or filtered and no sulfur added.
