Don't forget these...

Description

Tasting Notes: Aromas of acacia, jasmine, lemon blossom, yellow fruit and nuts are followed by flavors of apricot, peach, pear and lemon, with a mineral edge and  a slightly spicy finish.

Food Pairing: Need we say pecorino cheese? Try this wine with your summer grillin’ series: fish, shrimp, artichokes, etc. My personal fav is actually spicy Pad Thai!

Vineyard: 5 ha, organically and biodynamically farmed clay soils

Harvest: Hand harvest in small crates

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation, one week of maceration on the skins. Aging in stainless steel.
