Grillo and Catarrato from Marsala

Vinification: maceration on the skins for 10-15 days. Spontaneous fermentations from indigenous yeasts. No intervention on the grapes, no addition of sulfur and other chemical additives.

Aging: on the noble lees for at least 10 months. It is aged in steel vats, for no less than three months in the bottle.
