Formed in 1983, Cave Mt Blanc de Morgex et La Salle is a cooperative of 80 small, artisan growers each too small to produce and bottle their own wine. A total of 18 hectares of fruit is farmed, all of it from Aosta's only indigenous grape, Prie Blanc.
