The “Runca Brujau” or “Burnt Escarpment” is a tiny vineyard, consisting of only one tenth of a hectare. The wine is a blend of roughly 40% Rossese, with the balance an even blend of Ormeasco and Granaccia (Grenache), fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel for three weeks.
