Just outside the small town of Chiaramonte Gulfi, on the slopes of the Iblei Mountains lies the only Sicilian DOCG, Cerasuolo di Vittoria. Here Giaovanni and Angela continue the family tradition of producing grapes and olive oil. All organic and harvested by hand in two passes, the resulting Frappato works well with pasta and white meat dishes.
