This bottling may not carry D.O.C. status, but Arneis produced with healthy amounts of skin contact are a family tradition in the Roero and throughout Piedmont. Arneis responds particularly well to the twelve days of maceration and aging in concrete vessels before bottling. The citric and saline flavors here are very, very vibrant.
