A selection of 70% Grenache from the Gras family’s holdings in Rasteau, Vacqueyras, Seguret and Roaix (the four terres), this lavishly textured Cotes du Rhone is fermented for 20 days after maceration with a percentage vinified and aged in terracotta amphorae.
