This is an elegant and textural blend of 45% Pinot Meunier, 40% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir from an array of organic vineyards. Up to 40% of the blend is reserve wine, increasing the complexity of an already profound cuvee. No dosage is added whatsoever, instead Yann Alexandre chooses to finish with just dry Chardonnay.
