Best known for world class Muscadet, Domaine de l’Ecu has access to some other plantings that are far more captivating than the average VDT bottlings of the area. This cuvee is stainless steel aged Folle Blanche, unfiltered and unsulfured. It’s a razor sharp aperitif or the perfect wine for shellfish or other salty snack-y things.
