80+ year old vines, grown at an altidude of 320-350 meters above sea level, and fermented on skins with cap fully submerged for 10 days with wild yeasts, and aged on lees for 14 months in concrete. Bottled without fining or filtration. Weight density and power while walking a tightrope of absolute elegance. The jasmine notes of Arneis blur into saffron and chamomile, as deft on the table with vitello tonato as it is with South East Asian or Indian cuisine. A wine not to be missed. LIMITED
