Organically farmed Grillo from a vineyard that sits, quite literally, on a sand dune by the Mediterranean. The grapes are harvested a few weeks earlier than those that go into Barraco’s usual, more lavish and skin-contacted affairs. This sees a short 24 hours on the skins before resting in concrete, and the result is a lively, fresh and clean aperitif wine.
