Certified Biodynamic and a model for modern biodiversity, Giuseppe Ferrua’s lands are ringed with woodlands, despite lying within the city limits of Lucca. This is a classic Tuscan white with the usual suspects, Vermentino, Malvasia and Trebbiano, aged exclusively in larger Tonneau with six months of aging on the fine lees after a brief maceration and fermentation.
