A fully zero intervention cuvee of Trebbiano, Malvasia and Verdicchio from Lazio, crafted by nuns under guidance from the legendary Giampeiro Bea. Aged in stainless steel and fiberglass, this is a lighter and brighter wine than the rich orange wines bottled under under his family’s name. The nuns have made these wines for years, but Bea’s involvement has brought considerably more attention to the monastery.
