The Bea family has been continually raising the bar for Umbrian wines. The Pipparello is an organically farmed blend of Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Sagratino. The wine is finished with a year in stainless steel fo retain freshness, then two years in large cask, and an additional year in bottle to claim the “Riserva” designation.
