Hubert Soreau may not be from Champagne, having been born in the north of France, but he moved to a home adjacent to this particular parcel in his youth. It’s a unique site of confluence, where the Cote des Blancs meets the Vallee de la Marne. Soreau only makes single vineyard, single vintage wines, in this case from 100% Chardonnay and zero dosage.
