Alois Lageder’s family has been farming in Alto Adige for six generations, and each generation has placed ever more emphasis on their place in the ecosystem. This light and bright Schiava (Vernatsch) is macerated in stainless steel vats before aging in concrete vessels for a few months prior to bottling. The resulting wine is loaded with spicy cranberry flavors and a juicy finish.
