Malvasia, Trebbiano and Vermentino. This is a new cuvèe for Altura, from the southwest-facing vines planted in sand and rock facing the sea. The trace elements and minerals in the soil are rich and the salty layer of the sea breeze that remains on the skins give a distinctly saline and iodized character that we can point to as an enduring peculiarity of the Rossetto Bianco.
The typical Tuscan blend is here, but reinterpreted according to the island terroir with a fully delicious result: soft and sunny attack, it becomes intense and very long with a fragrant citrus note from the delicate skin maceration.
