Amorotti is a new label created by Gaetano Carboni since he began making wines from his families ancient estate. The farm dates back to the 1500's, vineyards mixed with forests, grains, nuts and olives. Cerasuolo, meaning "cherry red" in Italian is a very light Montepulciano that should be chilled when pairing with salmon, chicken or pork.
