Aline Beaune has just started her own domaine, taking over the parcel that her family had previously leased, and making it her own. The “Chazelle” is a premier cru selection from the best of her forty-year-old Chardonnay vines, aged in stainless steel and larger 350L-450L casks. Minimal oak and minimal intervention in the cellar give a brilliant and pure expression of the terroir for chardonnay in Montagny.
