Christian Binner’s family has been farming in and around Ammerschwihr for generations, and turned fully into wine production around WW2. This blend is mostly Riesling with some Pinot Gris, Gewurtz and Auxerrois, native fermented, resulting in a beautifully aromatic wine, aged exclusively in local foudre.
