This is old school, juicy Barbera like we like it! Crushed blackberries and a touch of frshly tossed earth in there for complexity. Mineral for days. The grapes come from vineyards with different exposures and soils. Alcoholic fermentation normally lasts between 20 and 30 days and takes place in steel tanks. Throughout the period, one to two pumping overs per day are carried out, depending on the need; the wine remains in 100% in stainless steel until bottling. The wine is neither clarified nor filtered.
