Chenin blanc (33%), Pineau d’Aunis (67%). Pineau d’Aunis has been aged in barrel for a year before being blended with Chenin Blanc 2021 in tank for the last 12 months before bottling. The final result plays with the freshness of young Chenin wines and the spiciness, the roundness and the aromatic complexity of the blanc de noir aged in barrel.
