“Qualin” is a sub-region in Barbaresco with eastern facing slopes and the Dolcetto is harvested a bit earlier for freshness. Fermented in tank, then aged in concrete before bottling, this ripe and purple fruit-forward expression of Dolcetto is an easygoing introduction to the variety.
