A unique blend in Umbria to say the least. This wine is roughly equal parts Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Grechetto, Malvasia and Garganega from a gravel and clay vineyard called “Pagliaro”. It sees a little skin contact before fermentation in stainless steel. As always, no sulfur at any point in vinification.
