Grower-producer Renaud Guettier farms a small, 6.5 hectare cluster of organically farmed Chenin Blanc and Pinot d’Aunis vineyards. This cuvee comes from a handful of parcels  of Chenin grown on limestone, silex and clay and is aged sur-lie in neutral barrels prior to release.
