Anne Rouxelin created her domaine in 2014. The vines are worked organically and
cover roughly 10 acres. 100% of the grapes grown here are Cabernet Franc. After
maceration, the grapes are aged in fiberglass for roughly one year. Anne is a
meticulous winemaker, and it shows in the care that we find in her wines. We find
blackcurrant, blackberries, and a faint hint of bell pepper on the nose, with light
tannins and a smooth finish. This would pair great with poultry, all sorts of
charcuterie, stuffed bell peppers, and grilled pork.
