Anne Rouxelin created her domaine in 2014. The vines are worked organically andcover roughly 10 acres. 100% of the grapes grown here are Cabernet Franc. Aftermaceration, the grapes are aged in fiberglass for roughly one year. Anne is ameticulous winemaker, and it shows in the care that we find in her wines. We findblackcurrant, blackberries, and a faint hint of bell pepper on the nose, with lighttannins and a smooth finish. This would pair great with poultry, all sorts ofcharcuterie, stuffed bell peppers, and grilled pork.
