What’s in it? Most likely Dolcetto with 7% Nebbiolo, but Gea won’t even disclose the foundation of the wine, so the 7% seems oddly specific and unhelpful. Aged in homemade vessels of porcelain and other stoneware. Why is it called “Mushroom Panda”? Not sure about that either, but it’s cool juice with a core of dark fruit and some serious earthy tones going on.
