Sometimes when you experiment, it goes poorly. And sometime this happens. This is early harvested Nebbiolo from Germano’s organic Barolo vineyards, whittled into a dry Metodo Classico sparkling rose so good that Sergio named it after his mother. Yessssssss!!!
