  • Made with dry Zibibbo from Pantelleria and blended with purified Adriatic seawater, this vermouth combines a wine base, pure wheat alcohol, purified water and sugar with individual macerations and distillations of caper, cucumber, lemon and Timut pepper, followed by 10-day infusions of wormwood, sage, bay and grapefruit, rested 45 days and bottled without caramel or coloring. Aroma and palate present saline minerality and wormwood bitterness with fresh caper berry and cucumber, bright lemon and grapefruit peel, herbal sage and bay, and a citrus-tinged Timut pepper finish.
