From Gradoli, in the heart of Lazio’s volcanic region comes this understated, but brilliant, biodynamic gem. Mostly Procanico here, with some Vermentino and a few other indigenous varieties in the mix. The grapes are destemmed before a ten day maceration and aging in OLD casks for a year. The result is citrus and stone in equal measure.
