The “First Growth estate of the Languedoc” is dominated by Cabernet, but sees an array of other varieties in the blend, including Syrah, Tannat, Nebbiolo and Dolcetto, among others. It’s rich, dark, floral, wine that challenges what we think about Cabernet. More than fifty tiny plots are planted in and among a vast forest, and the vines are fertilized only by local sheep.
