Eldest Daughter is a dry vermouth made from biodynamic Pinot Gris grapes from Keeler Vineyards in Oregon. The wine is made in-house at Matchbook, with half of it being distilled into eau-de vie to fortify the wine. Timur Pepper, a citrusy, complex cousin of the Sichuan peppercorn grown in the Himalayas and local Elderflower from the North Fork’s Briermere Farms are the featured botanicals. Very bright and dry, it will make an intriguing Martini, while the elderflowers add a hint of floral sweetness that makes it the perfect foil for a refreshing spritz!
