The Bea family has lived and farmed in Umbria for half a millennium and their wines are a clear benchmark in the region.  “Arboreus” is a cuvee of Trebbiano Spoletino, which is trained to grow high above the ground, like trees.  This sees an extended maceration of 20-30 days and fermentation in stainless steel.  Zero sulfur, zero problem.
