This Rossese is a charming and aromatic red from the steeply terraced vineyards that Danila’s family traditionally farmed. To avoid scorching, the vines are trained to function like small trees to shade the bases and roots. It’s fermented for 10-15 days in stainless steel to preserve acidity and freshness.
