Marco Sterlazzo is making some of the most exciting wines in Sicily. After a long career as a pharmacist, Marco was able to purchase a plot of vines owned by a corporation intent on tearing out the native Perricone and Catarratto and replacing it with Merlot. The winery is perched 2000 feet above the city of Palermo, and is known for its brutal winds. This pet Nat is 100% Catarratto, with a fresh, salty citrusy mineral touch.
