Roland Lavantureux is producing one of Kermit Lynch's most reliable Chablis. After completing his wine studies in Beaune, Roland founded the domaine in 1978. Today he is joined by his two sons, Arnaud in the vineyard and cellar, while David takes the lead in marketing and sales. This wine is a steely wine full of energy, perfect with oysters on the half shell.
