A classic Prosecco from a smaller, more exacting producer. The Glera for this bottling is organically farmed on steep hillside slopes before traditional Charmat production. About 13 grams of residual sugar gives this that characteristic pear fruit and some nice roundness. “Extra Dry” is less “dry” (sweeter) than “Brut”. Got it? Cool!
