Located in Castiglione di Sicilla on the northern slope of Mt Etna, the grapes snake through old lava stone terraces. A combination of elevation and close proximity to the sea give these wines a rare combination of salinity and minerality. 70% Carricante, 15% Minnella Bianca and 15% Catarratto , the grapes go through whole cluster fermentation and spend a year in tank before being filtered and bottled.
