An orange wine from Marsala, Viteadovest is made from 80% Catarratto, 20% Grillo. The grapes sit on skins for two days and are aged on lees for several months without clarification or filtering. Owner Vincenzo is a trained winemaker who has helped a number of local wineries switch from conventional to organic farming.
